I believe that you all at ITH are working hard and doing the best job possible for your customers and staff. i saw a post from someone talking about the Newport Plain Talk newspaper article. i read it and what i got out of it was a lot of people who were making really good money, never saying anything bad about the company, UNTIL, they were let go and then they have NOTHING good to say. when you read things like that it makes you wonder, BUT, i still was seeing a bunch of bitter people who lost their jobs and were just trying to cause problems for I T H, just like people are still trying to cause trouble between I T H and Newport Speedway across the road. people making up stories. i say if you want to make up stories, become a fiction writer and sell your stories there.

Always go with Lithium batteries as you can use 90% of battery capacity. Other battery types can only use 50%. Lithium batteries should not be charged in freezing temps.

I don't understand why you stopped building custom. I get the speed with an assembly line of mass production, but the custom jobs were awesome. Just like the 12x20s. I would prefer one of those over the 8 or 10 ft widths. 😢

To laladybug2012....my experience in management, downsizing is the norm, finding ways to produce quality w less staff is a challenge. Ten top performers outdo 20 who just do the minimum. The thinkers constantly look to minimize wasted steps, find better materials, focus on the work at hand and not keeping up in their buddies daily life or taking extra cigarette breaks. Getting too comfortable production suffers. Randy and crew are learning each day what works and what the needs are to continue progress. Randy includes input from employees. This is an opportunity for mastering their craft. Doesn't necessarily mean micromanaged practices are present. How exciting to see the constant changes of materials with that provide continued upgrades. Change takes time to adjust, how many builders brings the viewers into their world? ITH keep on, keepin on!

Definitely should have had supervisors, can't run any company without proper supervision. Sounds more like you need to hire a small team of runners now for making the repair trips. Could be part time like disaster teams. Bring them in and train them on every aspect, certify them and roll them out to wherever repairs needed.

Just curious. What’d you do with the house the employees gave you?

Last night I spent a bit of time looking at other Tiny Homes for sale… lots of them out there. None however, compare to what ITH have. The look, the feel, the price can’t be compared or beat. Sure, if you want to spend more money, LOTS MORE, you can find those, but for what ITH offer, they are the best by far. So grateful!

I fell down the Temu whole as Amanda said. They’re starting to put things in for tiny homes. They have dividers that you could put between the home and bedroom. I has tiny shelves that you could put either way. 12/20 is a lovely size home.
